What it does

▶️

One-button timer

Start and stop with a click or the S key. The timer also shows in your browser tab.

🧾

Hours become an invoice

Unbilled hours per client turn into a draft invoice, one line per session.

🗓️

Week view

A timesheet of the week by client and day, like the big-name trackers.

⏲️

Rounding

Round billed time up to 6 or 15 minutes. What you logged stays exact.

💶

Billable or not

Mark admin and calls as not billable, so they never land on an invoice.

🔂

Continue

Pick up yesterday’s task again with one click.

Three steps, then you’re done

1

Start the timer

Say what you’re working on and for whom.

2

Stop when you’re done

Or add forgotten hours by hand.

3

Make the invoice

Every billable hour, at the right rate, on a draft invoice.

A good timesheet shows

Time Tracker puts all of this in place for you.

  • The date and the client
  • What you did, in plain words
  • How long it took
  • Whether it can be billed
  • The rate you charge for it

Questions

Can I set a different rate per client?

Yes, in the Client Book. Entries without their own rate use the client’s, then your normal rate.

Does it track my screen or apps?

No. It only counts what you start and stop.

Can I track time on a project task?

Yes. Open a card on the Project Board and press ‘Track time on this’.
