Plain-language terms for the Busywork tools and for Olaf. If something here is unclear, ask us.

The free tools

You may use the Busywork tools, the Marketing Studio included, for free, for your own business or your clients. They are provided as they are. We work hard to make them correct, but you are responsible for checking what you send out, such as invoices and their VAT. Ask your accountant when in doubt.

Olaf

• What Olaf is. Olaf is an AI expert for marketing and projects. It runs on Claude, Anthropic's AI, with your own API key. It follows marketing research and checks its own writing, but it can make mistakes. Read what it writes before you publish or send anything.
• You decide. Olaf writes and prepares; it does not post, send or publish anything for you. You are responsible for what goes out under your name, including advertising rules, claims you make and the privacy of your customers.
• AI costs. You pay Anthropic directly for the AI you use. Olaf shows the cost of each conversation and stops at the limits you set, but those limits are estimates based on what Anthropic reports. Anthropic's bill is the one that counts.
• Price. Olaf is €149 once for a business. Checkout is not open yet; people on the waitlist hear first. Nothing is ever charged without you completing a checkout yourself.
• Your files. Everything Olaf makes is yours. It is stored in your folder or browser, never by us.

Credits

Some of Olaf's and the Studio's skills are adapted from work released under the Apache License 2.0. The credits and the licence text ship with the tools, in apps/marketing/licenses/ and apps/olaf/licenses/.
