How to start
- Unzip it. Double-click the zip file. Move the Busywork folder somewhere you’ll find it again, like Documents.
- Open index.html. Double-click it. It opens in your browser. Tip: bookmark it, so it’s one click away.
- Pick your business folder. Make a new folder like “My Business”. Put it inside Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive if you want backups and syncing.
- Tell us your business name. Plus your logo and bank details if you like. Then make your first invoice.

Good to know
- Safari or Firefox? You can try everything, but your work is saved inside the browser. Use Chrome or Edge to save to a folder.
- Updating? Download the new zip and replace the Busywork folder. Your business folder is separate, so nothing is lost.
- Your data stays on your computer and is never sent to us. The free tools have no AI. Olaf, the paid AI expert, sends only what you ask it to Anthropic, with your own key. Read the privacy page.
