What it does
A timeline you drag
Move a task and everything that waits for it moves along. Late work turns red.
Milestones
The promises that matter to you and your client, ticked off when reached.
Who does what
Give each task a person and an estimate, and see each person's hours for the next six weeks.
On track or not
On track, at risk or off track, with the reasons in plain words.
Risks and decisions
Name what could go wrong with a next step, and write down what was decided and why.
The weekly update, drafted
What got done, what is next and what is stuck, ready to copy or email to your client.
Three steps, then you’re done
Pick a starting point
Client job, launch, event, website, move, or blank.
Fit it to your dates
Drag bars and milestones; give tasks to people.
Check in once a week
See what slipped and send the update.

Project Planner puts all of this in place for you.

Questions
Is it the same as the Project Board?
Same projects, same cards. The Board is for moving cards along each day; the Planner adds dates, milestones, people, risks and updates.
Can my team use it?
Add everyone as a person, no accounts needed. Share the business folder through Google Drive or Dropbox so everyone sees the same plan.
Can it go into my calendar?
Yes. Export the milestones and due dates as a calendar file for Google, Apple or Outlook, or every task as a spreadsheet.
Is there an AI version?
Olaf, the AI expert in the paid edition, runs the plan with you: a kick-off that writes the plan, a weekly check-in, a recovery plan when it slips, and updates for your client.
