How to play

- Pass the numbers in order, and finish on the highest number.
- The line never crosses itself and never goes through a thick wall.
- Drag to draw. Go back over the line to undo, or tap a cell on the line to cut it there. On a keyboard, use the arrow keys.

What is Trail?
Trail is a classic kind of path puzzle: one route that visits every cell exactly once. Every board has exactly one answer.
Is it free?
Yes. Every puzzle and every level is free to play in your browser, with no account and nothing to download.
How many levels are there?
10,000 per game, from gentle small boards to expert ones, plus a new daily puzzle. Every puzzle has exactly one answer, so it can always be solved by reasoning.
Is there a new puzzle every day?
Yes: one per game, the same for everyone, gentle on Monday and hardest at the weekend. Solve it to keep your streak going.
Where is my progress kept?
In this browser only: your streak, solved levels and an unfinished puzzle. Nothing is sent to us, and there is no account. Another browser or a private window starts fresh.
