What is Olaf?
Olaf is our AI expert for marketing and projects for small businesses. It works out where your business stands, makes a 90-day plan, runs your projects with you (the plan, a weekly check-in, a new plan when something slips, the update for your client), and does the work each step needs: posts, review requests, your newsletter, your local listing. It is built on proven marketing science, runs in your browser on your own Claude key, and costs β¬149 once. Get on the list.
What is the difference between the free Marketing Studio and Olaf?
The Studio gives you the tools to do your own marketing: a brand profile, a year plan, a content calendar and insights from your invoices. You do the work, and there is no AI in it. Olaf is our AI expert for marketing and projects, right inside Busy: it works out where your business stands, makes a 90-day plan, checks in with you every week, and does the work each step needs. Both use the same marketing science. More about Olaf.
Do I need Olaf to use the tools?
No. Every tool, the Marketing Studio included, is free and complete on its own. Olaf is for owners who would rather be guided than figure out their marketing alone.
Is it really free?
Yes. The website may show a few ads, which keeps the tools free. There are no ads inside the tools, your invoices or your documents, ever.
Where is my data stored?
In a folder on your computer that you choose. Each tool saves plain files there. We have no copy and no way to see it. The free tools have no AI. If you use Olaf (the paid edition), what you ask it goes from your browser to Anthropic with your own key, and nowhere else. See the privacy page.
Can I use Google Drive?
Yes. Install Google Drive for desktop and pick a folder inside it. Drive backs it up and keeps it in sync across your computers.
Which browsers work?
Chrome and Edge on Mac, Windows and ChromeOS save your business to a folder. Safari and Firefox canβt save to folders yet, so use the demo on this site to look around.
Can I work on it with my team?
Share the folder through Google Drive and everyone sees the same clients and invoices. Team Mode is on the workbench.
Do the invoices meet the rules?
They include what EU invoices need: numbers that count up, dates, both parties, VAT per rate and your VAT number. Check with your accountant for anything special.
